Hi, I see your wanting in the country, if interested, I have a house & 20 acres for sale, check out my website, or perhaps you may even know someone interested in a home/retreat/home business, etc... www.oklahomarealesta tes.us (I'm not a realator, just got lucky getting a pretty decent domain name). At that site it will describe my 1,800 sq.ft home & 20 acres, and it has lots of pictures. Heck, if feeling blue, look at a few of the photos, they make me smile:) It's built 1/2 underground, but the nature, sunroom, and nature would put a smile on anyones face. While the farm has given me some happy times, I want to get back to the track, full time, while I except that it would take a miracle for me to jockey again, there is always galloping and training. The house has 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a really kool attic that I never finished (Just needs paneling & tile), great hide away for the boys. However, I think with the property, and hills, it would make great bike trails. I don't know if something like this would interest you, but perhaps you might know of someone else in the market. sorry the pain your going thur i save n savedlil bye lil n got false teeth they were a pain n the rear but i had all kinds of trouble with them all cause of dieting so hard for many years rideing race horses ill never 4 get 1 morning n denver to ride a quarter horse derby i pulld 9 an half pounds i was weak take care things will look up

Hi, Thanks for the idea, but if they forclose, the horses that others have here would be an added stress factor, the owners wouldn't be real happy to have to move them in 2wks. No, I'm no the house isn't set up for strangers, and again, the same for they'd have to move in 2wks too. I'm live 150 miles from a track that runs ALL YEAR ROUND, and that is were a person needs to be. Think of it this way, if you needed full time employment, you knew when you worked you would be working 60 hrs a week, going to a track that just meets during town fair, is only a tease.
